Outstandingly friendly staff in addition to Donnell's awesome service, thanks to them everything was excellent. My neat and updated room included exceptionally comfortable bed, cable channels, a fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment. The casual restaurant served a wide range of outstanding food.

Liked the exceptionally comfortable bed in my double room. A lot of food served in the restaurant for breakfast, it was tasty. The hotel was set in a central area close to the Ellerslie plaza, families on holiday, and the historical landmarks. The staff and people generally were wonderfully friendly and really friendly.

We had the double room which was neat and well-appointed with a balcony. The location turned out to be perfect and excellent, very close to botanical gardens. There was a pizza restaurant nearby.

The location in a cute area was perfect and nice and there were shopping centres and a small shopping mall nearby. I ate in the pizza restaurant nearby. Stayed in superior king room by the front desk which was perfect for me. Coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge were a big plus...

The breakfast was tasty with local options, a great view looking out over the city and also local cuisine to choose from. The hotel had good and absolutely perfect location right by Trinidad for work and botanical gardens.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

The staff was helpful. Check-in took a bit long, but they allowed a late check-out. The pool looked nice. Breakfast offered local food and fresh fruits. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The dinner was satisfying.

It is in good and unbeatable location to Queen's Park Savannah, set right next to the hotel. It's in a very nice boutique building in the calm area.
